A 2.0 litre and 2.4 litre will power Dodge Dart producing 160 and 184 bhp respectively. Also available is 1.4 litre turbocharged engine from Fiat Abarth 500 developing 160 bhp.The transmission available will be six speed fiat sourced manual and automatic gearboxes.

Dodge Dart with Sharp distinctive looks will compete with segment leaders like Honda Civic,Toyota Corolla,Ford Focus,Hyundai Elatra and Chevrolet cruze.

Chrysler announced that 2013 Dodge Dart will deliver 40 mpg.

There will be two diesel versions, with 140 and 170 hp, and three petrol, 160, 210 and 300 hp. Targeted at low consumption, all have a Diesel of stop-start engine and a generator that works primarily during deceleration to avoid watering down the engine under acceleration. This latter device is also available in petrol variants.

The lower power version of the diesel engine is the 140 hp manual gearbox with six speeds delivering 4.7 l/100 km. Consumption is low given the weight and size of the Passat CC. This is equal to the version 2.0 TDI DPF 140 hp “BlueMotion Technology” model 2008.

The main difference between Passat CC 2008 is that of 2012 may have more equipment. Standard elements such as xenon dual headlights with LEDs, adjustable front headrests longitudinal and a system that detects driver fatigue and alerts you to take a break.

You can opt for support systems such as driving traffic signal recognition , an assistant for lane departure , detection of objects in the blind spot or a lighting system that automatically changes the scope of the light beam. Also available are seats with heating, ventilation and massage function.

Volkswagen has sold more than 270,000 units of the Passat CC in the world since 2008. The 2012 model will be available in Europe, USA, Russia and China, among other markets. For China there will be a specific version from 2013.

The most powerful and most sporty M5 is about to hit showrooms very soon. It has 4.4 liter V8 twin turbo motor that produces a 560 hp which is 10 percent more than the model it will replace. Torque is rated at 502 ft lb (680 Nm). The new M5 accelerates from 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds and a top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h). However with M drivers package top speed elevates to 190 mph (305 km/h).

The new M5 has a double clutch seven speed automatic gearbox with a Launch control function to improve acceleration. The gearbox is programmed into 3 automatic modes D1,D2 and D3 and two manual modes S1 and S2.

One of the biggest issues in the previous M5 was its fuel economy. It was a gas guzzling monster. The new M5 now like other BMW models comes with Efficient Dynamics system to reduce consumption. High Precision petrol direct injection ensures an extremely precise supply of fuel to the combustion chambers. Injectors are positioned centrally between the valves within immediate range of the spark plugs spray the fuel into the combustion chambers with maximum pressure of 200 bar, providing smooth and clean combustion. An auto Start-stop and Brake regeneration function comes standard to improve overall fuel consumption. BMW claims a 30 percent improvement in economy over last generation M5.

Interior has a sporty M steering wheel, shift knob and instrumentation with black-panel-technology includes classical circular instruments in traditional BMW M car style, with red needles and white illumination, as well as model-specific displays and the M logo in the rev counter. Other features include Xenon headlights with adaptive lightning and daytime driving LED lights, BMW Night Vision system, Lane departure warning system, traffic sign recognition system and Surround view equipped with set of cameras that cover every angle and I-drive system equipped with 10.2 inch display.

This car comes standard with 19 inch alloy wheels with 265/40 R19 format. Also an optional 20 inch types can be ordered. The new M5 can driven in three modes comfort, sport and sport plus. According to these modes the computer adjusts the dampers and steering ratio providing right feedback to the driver.

The new BMW M5 is a five door high performance car saloon which is developed as a track focus machine as well as a daily gentlemen sports car. This is the fifth generation M5 since the original E28 M5 launched 25 years ago. This is a real wheel drive machine like most of BMW models.
